What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. The price varies depending on the items in your cart. 

Shipping is free when your order is over CAD$100.

What delivery companies do you use?

We use the most efficient and cost-effective shipping carrier for each item. Most of our items ship via Canada Post, but some may ship on a courier like FedEd, UPS or Purolator.

You can find information about the delivery company we use for an item on the product pages of our website, below the product description.

When you place an order with multiple items, we may ship different items from different locations. In this case we may use more than one delivery company to ship your items.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time we ship to Canadian addresses only. We can not ship to US or other international locations.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All items purchased in The Nap Store ship from a location in Canada. That way you don't have to worry about cross-border hassles like delays or additional fees.

Our shipping partners are located across Canada. Depending on the item you purchase your order may ship from Vancouver, Halifax or anywhere in between.

Different items in your order could ship from different locations.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

Tracking numbers are available for some items in The Nap Store. Once your items have shipped we will send you a tracking number, if one is available, by email.

I placed an order. Did you receive it?

Once we have received your order you will get a confirmation email in your inbox. You may contact us if you have any other questions about your order.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you an email to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order after I've placed it?

We are unable to accommodate order modifications, but you can contact us to request a cancellation within 3 hours of your order and we will do our best to process it. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange a return on unopened items. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
